New Customer Accounts
All credit card/payment information is supplied and verified prior to shipment. A 50% deposit is required from first-time customers, other than government agencies.
Open accounts are upon approval only; a signed credit application must be submitted with a minimum of three current references.

All written quotations are valid for thirty (30) days of issuance unless stated otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to correct typographic errors on our quotes. In the event of a discrepancy in pricing, the actual unit price will be used.

New Custom Decals / Signs
We can create artwork from any previously printed materials that are printed in solid (not screened) colors. Customer supplied artwork can be in the form of computer files (which can be uploaded using our custom requests web page). Art files under 5MB in size may be emailed to sales at rockartsigns.com. Art files should be in EPS, AI or TIFF format. Artwork may also be created from a sketch. One-time artwork and film charges for custom decals will be quoted based on quantity ordered, number of colors, and artwork complexity.
It will be necessary to pay 100% up front for any custom signs or custom decals.
For generic* single color decals and signs that do not fall into the standard park decal and sign guideline colors:
Minimum order 50 decals $125.00 art charge
Order 100 decals $100.00 art charge
Order 200 decals $75.00 art charge
Orders for 300+ decals $50.00 art charge
*Generic Decals are decals that could be used in other areas and are not specific to a particular agency location or organization noted by logos, names, or wording.
For Site-Specific or special logo decals with one or more colors, with minimum order requirements:
$130.00 art charge for one color and add $25.00 art charge for each additional color
Artwork Revisions
"11th Hour" changes to artwork AFTER a signed proof approval has been submitted can ONLY be made via Phone and ONLY by the person who signed the proof approval. If production has already commenced, additional charges may apply for materials wasted as a result. Notification of applicable charges will be explained at the time changes are submitted.
Die Charges
There are no additional die charges for decals with square cut corners. All other shapes and corners will require additional die charges. Charges are base upon size and complexity of the die.
Printing Colors
All printed products are at least one (1) color. The substrate or base material does not count as a color. All other colors are added to the substrate. Each additional decal color requires a separate piece of artwork and film. Example: A three color decal requires three separate pieces of film and artwork.
Color Matching
While we will make every effort to match your custom color,, we cannot guarantee an exact match. A charge of $45.00 per color will be added for custom colors or PMS colors not listed under "Standard Rockart Colors". These nonstandard colors and color matches may also require additional production time. If you need to see a printed sample of our Standard Rockart colors, please call us.

Positive/Negative Terminology
When used in product descriptions: a "positive" image a graphic consisting of a light background and a dark legend. A "negative" image is a dark background and light legend. For further clarification, examples can be seen below #10-106 (positive) and #10-105 (negative).
Minimum Quantities, Over-/Under-Runs on Custom Decals
Any custom decal order may have up to 5% over/under run during production. These variances will be charged on a pro-rated basis. Slight over-runs are normal, under-runs are rare. If an exact quantity is required, a small additional fee may be required.
Method of Payment
We accept Drafts, Visa, MasterCard, Electronic Transfers, Checks and money orders. C.O.D. orders are available upon request. For credit card orders, address verification from your credit card statement is necessary for your protection. For security reasons, it is best to call in your credit card payment info, please NEVER send your credit card info through the mail nor via email.
Credit Card Payments
Please be aware that we do not normally charge your credit card UNTIL your order is ready to ship (typically 1-3 weeks). If your available funds might be expiring within the next 3 weeks, please let us know the "Charge Off deadline" and we will charge your credit card prior to that date.
Terms
Net 30 days, 1.5% Interest per month on all accounts past 30 days.
Merchandise is invoiced from the date of shipment.
Orders placed online must total $75.00 or more.
Delivery
All orders are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) unless otherwise specified. A street address must be provided for all UPS shipments.
All shipments from Rockart Inc. are FOB Mesa, Arizona 85215. All shipments from Glasforms are FOB San Jose, California 95125.
ALWAYS check an order for any shipping damage upon arrival and make any claims to UPS within 10 days of receipt.
Expedited Shipping
Please call us if you need to ship an order with a faster service. You may incur added shipping charges, by our shipping service provider.
Rush Orders (Expedite Fees)
We work hard to fill all orders in a timely fashion. If you need to have a rush placed on an order, you will be charged a $50.00 Expedite Fee.
Returns
There is no restocking fee if products are returned in salable condition, within 30 days. Please include a copy of the packing list or invoice with all returns and call before you make the return to obtain return authorization.
We reserve the right to refuse returns after 60 days. Return authorization must be obtained from Rockart Signs and Markers before returning any product.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. Cancellations are subject to a charge for work completed.
Merchandise is billed at prices in effect at time of shipping.
Rockart Signs and Markers reserves the right to refuse any order at anytime.
Sales Tax Information
We are obliged to charge city and state sales tax at the applicable rate to customers residing in the State of Arizona. If you have a Form-5000 on file with us, or are not located in the state of Arizona taxes will not be charged. Federal Agencies will be charged on half the tax rate (when applicable).

Logos included on products for sale on our website are for illustrative purposes only. They do not imply endorsement by the owners of the designs. Any decal or sign bearing an official seal is available for purchase only by authorized parties or by the owners of the design.
